Penny Ikinger heads for Sydney on September 22nd and 23rd to launch her third solo album “Tokyo”!

Penny Ikinger will play two exclusive solo shows in Sydney to launch this album:

Saturday 22^nd Sept at The Union Hotel, 576 King Street, Newtown at 9pm supporting The Maladies at their single launch

Sunday 23^rd Sept at The Golden Barley Hotel 165-169 Edgeware Rd, Enmore at 7pm for 3 sets.

“Tokyo” is an international collaboration with legendary guitarist Deniz Tek from Radio Birdman and musicians from the Tokyo psychedelic rock underground.

“Tokyo” was released by Off The Hip Records worldwide in September. Penny Ikinger launched the album at Melbourne Museum’s Nocturnal event on September 7th with her Japanese band “The Silver Bells” backing her.

The “Tokyo” album was released first in Japan by Kerosene Records in July. Penny Ikinger launched her album in Tokyo with “The Silver Bells” on July 26th.
