The album hosts tracks that capture Penny’s experiences, obstacles, and tribulations of being a touring artist. “Travels and Travails” explores and documents her travels over the 20 years of her solo career.
The new album showcases her collaborations with artists from France, Australia, Japan and the United States. It includes both live and studio recordings, some of which are previously unheard, whilst others are reworkings of songs from my earlier works.
Penny is thrilled that these tracks are finally seeing the light of day!
The CD comes with a 4 page booklet. The beautiful photos on the album cover were taken by Antoine Nguyen (Paris, France).
“Travels and Travails” is available on CD on Bandcamp now and will also be available on cassette (date TBA).
